Toric Engineering’s existing client needed to replace their low service pump and its controls. As a result, Toric Engineering was asked to supply the new controls for the pump and add to the existing SCADA system. The new pump controls needed to be installed into the existing motor control center (MCC). We had to research the existing MCC model to find a new replacement MCC bucket. The new bucket was purchased and Toric Engineering’s panel shop fabricated the controls to fit in the limited space of the MCC bucket. Finally, the new MCC bucket was installed into the MCC and Toric Engineering performed startup services to verify proper operation.
